Free Discovery Call

We hop on a call to understand your business, software stack (QuickBooks, AppFolio, Yardi, Xero, etc.), pain points, and the outcomes you care about. You leave with a written scope — no pressure, no sales pitch.

Day 2–3

Proposal & NDA

We send a fixed-scope proposal with pricing tied to hours or deliverables — whichever fits your business. Both sides sign a mutual NDA before any data changes hands. Month-to-month engagement, no long-term lock-in.

Week 1

Workflow Documentation

We shadow your current process, document your chart of accounts, approval hierarchy, file-naming conventions, and reporting cadence, and turn it into a living SOP your team can review and approve before we touch a single transaction.

Week 1–2

Team Assignment & Training

A dedicated lead accountant, a cross-trained backup, and a senior reviewer are assigned to your account. We train them on your SOP on our time — not yours. You meet the team before we go live.

Week 2

Go-Live & Parallel Run

We run the first cycle in parallel with your current process so nothing breaks. Output is reviewed with you daily, and any deltas are corrected and baked back into the SOP.

Steady State Operations

Your team executes the daily, weekly, and monthly cadence: bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoice processing, owner statements, tenant comms, reporting. Weekly check-ins and a monthly scorecard keep everything visible.
